A cancellation or order change may be requested before dispatch. Contact Baedo promptly with the order number. Any refund approved before shipment will be returned through an agreed method after payment verification.

Important conditions for changing or cancelling a Baedo order.
Please review your products, quantities and delivery details carefully before making payment.
Contact Baedo immediately if an order needs to be changed. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned except where required by applicable law or where goods arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.
After shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled or returned after shipment. This does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded, including appropriate remedies for goods that arrive defective, damaged or different from the confirmed order.
Report a problem
Inspect the delivery promptly. Report damaged, defective or incorrect goods through WhatsApp with the order number, description and clear photographs as soon as reasonably possible.
Shipping costs
Original delivery fees are generally not refundable after dispatch. If Baedo confirms that an error or defect is our responsibility, the appropriate resolution and any delivery cost will be communicated directly.
